摘    要:采用ANSYS有限元程序,选用三维体单元、层单元以及接触单元,以9.00-20 16PR斜交轮胎为研究对象,建立了考虑胎圈与轮辋接触关系以及胎面花纹的三维有限元模型,并将计算结果与未考虑胎圈-轮辋接触关系的有限元模型计算结果进行了分析比较.

Abstract:A three dimensional finite element model of a bias tire (9 00 20 16PR) considering bead rim contact was developed by applying solid element, layer element and contact element of ANSYS program. The calculated results of deformation and inter laminar shear stresses are compared with that predicted by the model without considering bead rim contact.
