| 摘 要： | 研究了海洋红酵母的培养条件。结果表明：海洋红酵母生长和色素产生不需要光照。适宜其生长的条件为：温度25℃～28℃，pH4.0～5.0，糖浓度35g/L，氯化钠浓度20～30g/L，接种量为7.5%～10%，这为反应器培养打下了基础。
