| 摘 要： | 本文探讨世界英语的形成及其主要特征，从理论上分析世界英语对我国英语教学的启示，提出只有摆脱‘过正英语’的束缚，建立宽松的语言教学环境并重视文化背景的教育才能培养出合格的跨世纪复合型人才的观点。
