导热排汗氨纶弹力针织服装面料的研究

摘    要:热湿舒适性氨纶弹力针织面料可由两种方法形成。其中。应用新颖多层添纱编织技术生产的、吸湿性纤维和细特合成纤维分别位于织物正面和反面、氨纶裸体丝位于织物中间的弹力针织面料,不仅具有良好的导热排汗特性和物理机械性能,而且生产成本低。因此,这种面料具有较强的市场竞争能力。

Abstract:Thermal-comfortable elastic polyurethane knitted fabrics may be manufactured by two methods. One is to use a new multi-layer plating knit technique and form a new fabric that hydroscopic fibre is shown on the face side, fine tex synthetic fibre is shown on the reverse side and polyurethane fibre is located in the middle of fabric. This fabric has excellent characteristics of heat transmisson and perspiration, good physical properties and low production cost. therefore, it has obvious market competitive ability.
