油气弹簧自然对流热力学模型研究

摘    要:针对油气弹簧工作时温度不断升高导致密封件损坏而发生泄漏的现象,提出了研究减振装置温升的重要性.建立了单气室油气弹簧的物理模型,分析了阻尼阀对油液节流的生热机理.运用能量守恒原理和范德瓦尔实际气体状态方程建立了油气弹簧自然对流时的热力学数学模型.推导了适合缸筒和活塞杆内外表面的对流换热系数表达式.通过仿真分析了油气弹簧在不同频率激励作用下油液温度的变化趋势,研究了缸体结构参数对温升的影响规律,提出了温度平衡点的概念,得出的结论可以作为油气弹簧的设计参考.

Abstract:The importance of researching the increased temperature of damping equipment was proposed according to the phenomenon which oil temperature influenced on the seal reliability when hydro-pneumatic spring worked.The calorigenic theory of throttle valve throttling the oil was analyzed according to the physical model of the hydro-pneumatic spring.The thermo-dynamic model of hydro-pneumatic spring was established through the conservation of energy and the fact gas equation.The expressions of relating convection heat transfer coefficient which belong to every surface of system were deduced.The variation trend of oil temperature under the different frequent activation and the rules of the structure parameters of system influence on increased oil temperature were studied.The concept of balanced temperature was proposed.The analytical conclusion can offer reference to design hydro-pneumatic spring.
