| 摘 要： | 在开放获取资源越来越受到重视的今天，图书馆应如何整合网络开放资源，使其成为服务创新的增长点，从而提升图书馆服务的价值。本文从三个方面论述了这个问题。包括加强对开放获取出版模式的宣传；促进知识库的建设，支持开放获取；馆员应熟练掌握它们的分布情况和发展趋势，加强对开放资源的搜集和揭示，以促进科技成果的交流与利用。
