单密勒电容补偿多级放大器的设计

摘    要:提出了一种结构简单的全新单密勒电容补偿技术.理论分析表明,该技术无需运放的跨导逐级增加就能获得良好的稳定特性,而且单位增益带宽大、补偿电容小.特别是每增加一级放大电路,就会增加一个左半平面零点,从而有效抵消新增加极点对运放稳定性的影响,因此该补偿技术很容易拓展到N(N>3)级联放大结构,这一特性有利于运放在实际中的运用.

Abstract:A novel proposed single Miller compensation structure is presented. Theoretical analysis shows that it is easy to gain stability without satisfying the enhancement of the transconductors stage by stage. Moreover, gain-bandwidth is wide enough, and compensation capacitance is small. Especially, when added one amplify circuit, it will appear another LHP zero to counteract the new added pole. Therefore It is facile to expand to N-stage (N>3) amplify circuit, and could be widely applied in practice.
