| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了环境噪声污染对人的危害，以及为正确评价噪声污染程度，对噪声测量值在背景噪声干扰下，如何进行修正作出补充．提出当测量值与背景值差值小于3dB，噪声声级值应用公式L待测=101g[10^0.1L实测-100.1L背景]计算．
