CaO-RE2O3-B2O3(RE=La,Sm,Eu,Tb)玻璃中的敏化发光

摘    要:在空气中采用高温固相反应合成了CaO-La2O3-B2O3-Eu2O3-Sm2O3,CaO-La2O3-B2O3-Eu2O3-Tb2O7玻璃,发现Sm^3 ,Tb^3 离子能敏化玻璃体系中Eu^3 和Eu^2 的发光。Sm^3 →Eu^3 和Sm^3 →Eu^2 离子间的能量传递过程是声子支助的共振转移;Tb^3 的敏化作用是Tb^3 离子和Eu^3 离子之间存在着电子的传递。通过调节Sm^3 ,Tb^3 和Eu^3 的掺杂浓度,可以提高CaO-La2O3-B2O3-Eu2O3玻璃体系的红/蓝光发光强度。

Sensitized Luminescence of CaO-RE2O3-B2O3 (RE=La, Sm, Eu, Tb)Glasses

Abstract:CaO La 2O 3 B 2O 3 Eu 2O 3 Sm 2O 3,CaO La 2O 3 B 2O 3 Eu 2O 3 Tb 4O 7 glasses were prepared with the conventional high temperature process. The sensitized luminescence in the glasses doped with Sm 3+ and Eu 3+ or Tb 3+ and Eu 3+ ions have been discovered. The results show that luminescence of Eu 2+ /Eu 3+ ions were sensitized by Tb 3+ or Sm 3+ . The process of energy transfer in CaO La 2O 3 B 2O 3 Eu 2O 3 (CaLBE) glasses sensitized by Sm 3+ is resonant energy transfer supported by phonon. The sensitization of Tb 3+ to Eu 2+ and Eu 3+ luminescence was due to electron transfer from Tb 3+ to Eu 3+ . The luminescent efficiency of CaLBE glasses will improve by adjusting concentration of Sm 3+ , Tb 3+ and Eu 3+ ions.
