高速电梯水平振动模型的建立与仿真

摘    要:为了研究电梯的水平振动,基于刚体动力学理论,建立了电梯轿厢水平振动的空间动力学模型,把电梯轿厢的运动分解为平动和绕质心的转动,根据牛顿运动定律和欧拉方程给出了微分方程.以实测导轨激励作为输入信号对模型进行了仿真,仿真所得振动加速度响应及其功率谱密度与实测结果吻合程度较高,证明了该模型的建立是成功的.

Abstract:To research the horizontal vibrations of high-speed elevator,a space dynamic model of elevator cage was developed based on the theory of rigid body dynamics.The motion of the elevator cage is resolved into translation and rotation round the mass center of the cage.Motion equations of the cage are given according to Newton's second law of motion and Euler equations.Simulation is executed using the measured guide rail unevenness data.The simulation results of the horizontal acceleration and the power spectral density are identified with the testing results,which verify the correctness of the model.
