N-棕榈酰基甘氨酸钠合成的正交实验研究

摘    要:由氯化亚砜和棕榈酸制得棕榈酰氯.在100 mL水-丙酮混合溶剂存在下,以棕榈酰氯和甘氨酸为原料合成了N-棕榈酰基甘氨酸钠,用正交实验法研究了影响反应的主要因素及其优先顺序,优化反应条件为n(棕榈酰氯)∶n(甘氨酸)=1.0∶1.5,反应温度为25℃,反应时间为3.0 h,pH值为9~10,产物质量收率为90.57%,并对N-棕榈酰基甘氨酸钠的应用性能进行了测定.

Abstract:The sodium palmityl glycine(SPG) was synthesized from palmitoyl chloride and glycine with mixed solvent of water-acetone.The factors of its synthesis were studied in detail with orthogonal test.The optimum conditions were obtained as follows:the molar ratio of palmitoyl chloride: glycine=1.0∶1.5,reaction temperature 25 ℃,reaction time 3.0 h,pH 9~10,the yield of SPG is 90.57%.The application properties of SPG were measured.
