| 摘 要： | 通过对卷烟厂卷接机组风力送丝系统及除尘系统的工艺特点、控制需求的分析,提出了基于西门子S7系列可编程序控制器、组态软件及工业网络技术的自动控制完整解决方案(TIA).详细描述了控制系统的组成结构、控制原理、总线通讯的实现.风力送丝与除尘系统已在多家卷烟厂投入生产运行.系统各项指标均达到了设计要求,取得了显著效果.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the trait and controlling demand of the system of tobacco-silk fed by air-currents and dust-removing, and brings forward the Total-Integrity-Automation (TIA) pattern based on Siemens' PLC, configration software and industrial network technique.The paper describes the frame of automation system ,controlling principle and bus communication in detail. The built-system is running well in some cigarette factories with marked results. |
