论邓小平的农民观

农民问题是关系我国改革开放和现代化建设全局的重大问题,全面建设小康社会,农民是关键。邓小平同志在成为党的第二代领导核心以后,提出了一系列解决农民问题的有效途径和具体方式。邓小平同志认为,解决农民问题,要调动农民的生产积极性,切实增加农民收入,提高农民科学文化素质,解决农村富余劳动力问题。

On Deng Xiaoping's Concept of Peasantry

Peasantry problem is of vital importance to China's overall situation of the reform and opening up as well as the modernization drive, since the key to achieving moderate prosperity in China in an all-round way lies in peasantry. Having become the leading core of the Party's second generation, Deng Xiaoping put forward a series of effective ways and specific policies of solving the peasantry problem. He believed that it was necessary to arouse the farmers' enthusiasm of production, feasibly increase their income, improve their scientific and cultural quality, and guide the shifting of surplus rural labour so as to solve peasantry problem.
