BKX-I型变轴数控机床运动学仿真建模及实现

摘    要:变轴数控机床具有刚度大、精度高、响应快、功能强等特点,但因空间并联Stewart平台机构的非线性耦合关系,使设计、试验工作较复杂,必须依赖计算机完成,以北京理工大学自选研制开发的BKX-I型变轴数控为对象,在VisualC 和OpenGL环境下,通过计算机编程语言实现了样机实体建模和运动学仿真,为机床的一次性设计、试车成功提供了可靠保证。

Abstract:Variable axes NC machine tools enjoy many advantages over their conventional counterparts. These advantages include high rigidity and accuracy, desirable force/weight ratio and readiness in the implementation of modularization. Nonlinear coupling in Stewart platform makes the design and testing of this kind of machine tools very complicated and must be implemented with the computer. For the variable axis NC machine tool model BKX I modeling of the sample machine and kinematic simulation have been performed on an environment of Visual C++ and Open GL. The softwares provided reliable foundations for the successful design and test run of the machine tool.
