| 摘 要： | 人类社会经济,大致可以分为采猎经济、农业经济、工业知识、知识经济四种形态。“可持续发展”是一种与工业经济相适应的调控战略,不可能彻底摆脱人类所面临的困境,随着知识经济的到来,它必须被“置换式发展”的开发战略所替代。

| Abstract: | The economy of human society contains four forms:the economy of collecting,fishing and hunting,agricutural economy,industrial economy and knowledge economy."Sustainable Development "is a kind of regulating and controlling strategy adapted to industrial economy.It can't extricate the human society from predicament completely.With the coming of knowledge economy,"Sustainable Development" will certainly be replaced by the strategy of "Replacement Development". |
