| 摘 要： | 为了有效地控制烧伤新软膏的质量，采用薄层色谱法对其中虎杖、黄连、白芷进行鉴别，并用薄层扫描法测定其中大黄素的含量，加样回收率为１００．８６％，ＲＳＤ＝１．６％（ｎ＝６）．应用紫外分光光度法测定其中小檗碱含量，加样回收率为９８．３９％、ＲＳＤ＝０．５６％（ｎ＝６）．

| Abstract: | In order to effectively control the quaility of Shaoshangxin Ruangao,thin layer chromatography is used for the identification of Polygonum cuspidatum,Coptis root and Angelia dahurica.The content of emodin in Shaoshangxin Ruangao is determined with TLC scanning with 100.86%,RSD=1.6%(n=6) as average recovery.The content of berberine in it is determined with UV spectrophotometry.The average recovery is 98.39%.RSD=0.56%(n=6). |
