牦牛及犏牛奶蛋白质和氨基酸含量分析

Abstract:The average contents of protein and amino acid in the milk of Hong Yuan,Aba yaks and cattle yaks were analysed.The results showed that they were 5.21%,6.16%,5.09% and 2193.88mg/100g,2341.20mg/100g,1999.64mg/100g.The proportions of essential amino acid to non essential amino acid were 1.038,0.881,0.886.
