| 摘 要： | 用双乙醛草酰二腙分光光度法测定了在不同条件下，胆固醇在水溶液中对Ｃｕ＾２＋的吸附情况，得出胆固醇与Ｃｕ＾２＋相互作用属物理吸附的关系，并就ＣＵ＾２＋与高胆固醇血症的关系进行了讨论。
