飞机修补结构的相容位移分析

摘    要:以飞机修补结构分析为背景,讨论了适于修补结构快速分析计算的相容位移方法.用此方法,对某典型修补结构进行分析计算,讨论了铆钉直径、补强板与蒙皮板的厚度比、切口大小和补强板边距变化对补强区应力变化趋势的影响,得到了一些对修理结构有一般意义的研究结果

Abstract:The compatible displacement analysis is discussed which is suitable for fast analyzing and computing of repaired structure under the background of the repaired structure of civil aircraft. A typical repaired structure is computed and analyzed through this method. When the diameter of rivets, the ratio of doubler thick to skin thick, the size of cutout and the margin of doubler are varied, and the behavior of the stresses at the region of repair is discussed. Being satisfactory, the results obtained are helpful to the repaired structure.
