医药院校经济与管理类专业的培养模式

医药院校纷纷开设经济与管理类专业,而人才培养模式决定了高等教育学生培养的质量。课堂教学模式、见习—实习模式、中外合作培养模式、校企合作培养模式是目前南京中医药大学培养经管类学生采用的主要方式。通过引入国外教学资源和国内企事业单位,达到资源共享和培养应用型经管人才的目的。

Training Mode of Students Majoring in Economics and Administration in Medical Colleges and Universities

From the end of last century, medical colleges have successively established specialty of economics and administration. Furthermore, personnel training mode determines the quality of students under higher education program. Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine actively explores and expands the elements and routine of training talent majoring in economics and administration and develops four different modes successfully: classroom-teaching model, probation-practice mode, Chinese-foreign joint training model and college-enterprise cooperation mode. It is crucial for the colleges to gain their objectives to share resources and train applied talents by introducing foreign resources and domestic enterprises.
