金盏菊色素的研究

Abstract:In the paper reported extraction on the yellow pigment of potmarigold calendula and studied chemical and phygicul properties. It will provide sci- entific basis for open up the new natural food pigment. In this paper the extraction of the yellow pigment from the potmarigold calendula is reported and its chemical and physical properties are studied This results willprovide a scientific basis for the usage of a new natural food pig- ment.
