This paper sums up the practical multiobjective weights assigning methods into three kinds:point estimation methods, fuzzy interval mapping methods, and qualitative estimation methods, proposes effective practical multiobjective weights assigning methods in each kind of method, describes the integrated multiobjective weights assigning procedure, presents the choice strategies to guide decision makers to choose a multiobjective weights assigning method which is suitable for concrete conditions, proposes the interactive methods for adjustment of multiobjective weights. The practical application shows that this method is simple, convenient and flexible, and is suitable for all kinds of situations in multiobjective decision making.
