| 摘 要： | 本文将挠性剑杆织机中挠性剑带在剑箱中的变形问题,简化为在端部受到一个集中力作用的悬臂梁的变形问题,并且求解出它的挠曲线。进而分析了剑带与剑箱的接触情况,解答了挠性剑带上矩形孔两边的磨损不均匀的现象。

| Abstract: | This paper simplifies the problem of deflection of the flexible rapier band in the band box as that of the deflection of cantilever with a concentrated force at free end, calculates the curve of its deflection. Also, the paper analyses the contact condition between the band and the box. In the end, the reason why the wear on the two sides of the rectangular holes on the band is uneven has been found. |
