摘    要:文章对食品质量安全管理中存在的信息不对称因素进行分析,得出了加强食品质量安全管理的关键,在于增强食品质量安全信息的透明度和建立质量责任追溯机制。提出了基于条形码和互联网的食品质量安全可追踪系统的网络结构、系统流程、业务流程和信息标识的设计方案。

Abstract:The information asymmetry in the management of food quality and safety is analyzed according to the asymmetry information theory,and it is concluded that the key point in the management is to enhance the transparence of food quality and safety information and to construct the traceable mechanism of quality responsibility. The food quality and safety traceability system based on the bar code and Internet is brought out,and the designing ideas about network structure, system process, business process and information identification are described.
