高校思想教育工作中的文化差异性问题探析

文化的差异性引起文化冲突,从而引发当今世界的暴力冲突,文化问题是当今世界最棘手的问题之一。高等院校的学生由于来自不同地域,因而也具有不同程度的文化差异,高校的思想教育工作者,在学生管理工作方面也应重视文化差异性引发的“软性”问题,用“柔性”的方法解决好这个问题,才能使高校的思想教育工作有进一步的提高。

On Cultural Differences in the Ideological Education in Colleges and Universities

Cultural differences lead to culture shock, which causes the violent conflicts in today's world. Cultural problems are one of the challenges the world has to face. There exist all kinds of cultural differences in colleges because the students come from different regions. Therefore the ideological education workers in the administration of college students should use appropriate methods to solve the "soft" problems resulting from cultural differences so that the ideological work in colleges and universities can be further improved.
