喜旱莲子草和接骨草光合色素含量测定方法研究

摘    要:为了筛选适合喜旱莲子草及其伴生植物接骨草光合色素含量测定的方法,本文比较了研磨法和浸提法以及两种紫外可见分光光度计测定的结果,并比较了两种植物之间光合色素含量的差异.研究表明,研磨法和APL-754N型紫外可见分光光度计更适合叶绿素含量的测定,而浸提法和GBC-916型紫外可见分光光度计更适合类胡萝卜素含量的测定.接骨草叶绿素卜含量显著高于喜旱莲子草,而叶绿素a/b则相反,叶绿素a含量、总叶绿素含量、类胡萝卜素含量以及叶绿素与类胡萝卜素含量的比值在两种植物间差异不显著.

Abstract:To select one better method of measuring photosynthetic pigment content of Ahernanthera philoxeroides and Sambucus chinensis, the results tested by the grinding and the extracting methods as well as two UV-Vis speetrophotometers were compared in this paper. Additionally, the photosynthetic pigment content was compared between the two species. The results showed that grinding method by APL-75gN UV-Vis spectrophotometer was more suitable to the determination of chlorophyll content, while extracting method by GBC-916 UV-Vis spectrophotometer was better to the determination of carotenoids content. The chlorophyll b content in S. chinensis appeared more than that in A. philoxeroides, and the opposite was true in chlorophyll a/b. However, there were no significant differences in chlorophyll a content, total chlorophyll content, carotenoids content and the ratio of chlorophyll to carotenoids content between the two species.
