文山民族文化资源现状、研究与开发的基本思路

文山地区有十种少数民族,在特定的生态环境和长期的历史进程中,创造了丰富的民族传统文化。由于交通不便,开发力度较小,一些边远民族地区仍保留有相对原生态的传统文化。但是,由于种种原因,对民族文化缺乏足够的关注,得不到有效的整理、研究、保护、开发,致使民族文化资源面临着严重流失的局面,民族文化与民族经济的良性互动关系远未构建起来。要加强对文山民族文化的整理、研究、保护和开发,一是要转变观念,确立文化力的理念;二是加强宏观规划,尽早进行全面的民族文化资源调查;三是整合力量,加强研究,避免急功近利的民族文化开发;四是民族文化开发要以旅游业为先导,凸现民族文化的内涵。

The Present of Wenshan Ethnic Cultural Resources and the Basic Ideas on Its Research and Development

There are 10 traditional minority nationalities in Wenshan prefecture, and under certain ecological environment,they created abundant ethnic traditional culture after a long process of the history.Because of the inconvenience of transportation in Wenshan,and little exploitation has been done,there still maintains the traditional primitive culture in some areas.However,for one reason or another,people haven't paid enough attention to arranging,researching on,protecting or developing the culture,and it results in the serious situation of the loss of ethnic cultural resources.To solve this problem,there are some solutions suggested: First,to set up the idea of cultural forces;Second,to reinforce the macro program to do an overall research on the culture;Third,to integrate forces and enhance the development of the culture,and to guard against the cultural exploitation aiming at quick success and instant benefit;Fourth,to develop ethnic culture based on the tourism to stress its connotations.
