火烧油层湿式燃烧的室内研究

摘    要:在干式模型管燃烧试验的基础上 ,进行湿式燃烧的实验室研究 .与干式燃烧对比后发现 ,即使在较低的水 /空气比率条件下 ,湿式燃烧的燃烧前缘速度大于干式燃烧 ;随着水 /空气比率的增加 ,燃烧前缘速度也增加 .对湿式燃烧的注水时机进行了优选 ,得出最佳注水时间 .试验研究还发现 ,湿式向前燃烧较干式燃烧可以更有效地回收留在已燃区的热量 ,提高燃烧反应生成热量的利用率 ,显著地降低了燃料消耗与空气需要量 ,提高了采收率

Abstract:After the laboratory test of wet in situ combustion was compared with that of dry in situ combustion, it was found that the front burning speed of wet combustion is more than that of dry combustion even if the ratio of water to air is small, and that it will increase with the increase of the ratio. The optimal waterflood time of wet combustion was gained by optimization. It was also found that, compared with dry combustion, forward wet combustion can more effectively recover the heat remaining in burnt area. Therefore, it can increase the utilization ratio of the heat produced by combustion and decrease the consumption of fuel and air.
