有机合成中的多米诺反应和仿生合成

摘    要:绿色化学在有机合成中十分重要,近几年来得到了快速的发展。为了减少环境污染,实现有机合成的绿色化,现代化学家已不再是只要求拿到目标分子,而是更加注重反应的效率和原子的经济性。化学前辈们努力探寻,寻找到了在环境友好介质中的"理想的"合成—在温和条件下,高效、高选择性、高原子经济性的多米诺反应和仿生合成。本文就该方面的最新研究进行了综述。

Abstract:Green chemistry is extremely important in the organic synthesis, in the last few years it obtained the fast development. In order to reduce the environmental pollution, the realization organic synthesis green, the modernized scientist no longer is only requests to attain the goal member, but is even more pays great attention to the response the efficiency and the atomic efficiency. Chemist~ seniors diligently inquired about that, sought in the environment friendly medium "ideal" the synthesis --under the mild condition, was highly effective, the high selectivity, the high atomic efficient domino reaction and the biological modelling synthesis. The thesis reviewed Recent development in the research domain.
