微波消解-MPT-AES法测定东北野生红蘑中金属元素含量

摘    要:野生红蘑为纯天然绿色食品,营养价值高,富含多种微量元素,采用微波消解技术消解野生红蘑,利用微波等离子体炬原子发射光谱法测定野生红蘑中的Ca、Na、Fe、Zn、Cu的含量。考察了野生红蘑的最佳消解条件、各元素测定条件及硝酸和共存元素对测定的影响。加标回收率在99.9%~101.3%之间。结果显示,东北野生红蘑中Fe含量最为丰富为2351μg/g,Cu含量最少为5.1μg/g。

Abstract:The microwave digestion procedures were developed for wild red mushroom.Microwave plasma torch atomic emission spectrometry(MPT-AES) was used to determine the calcium,sodium,iron,zinc and copper in wild red mushroom.Optimal condition for determination(analytical wavelength,microwave power,flow rate of carrier gas,flow rate of supporting gas and acid concentrations) were chosen.The effect of concomitant elements on determination of calcium,sodium,iron,zinc and copper were studied.Standard addition recoveries...
