| 摘 要： | 体育教师是学校体育工作的具体组织和实施者。学校体育工作成效在很大程度上取决于体育教师的智能结构。合理的智能结构，直接影响教学效果。我们才智力结构的理解和建立最佳智力结构等问题进行分析和研究，旨在为未来年轻一代体育教师，寻找一个合理完善而又为现代体育科学所要求的最佳智力结构模式。
