体育教师智能结构及培养研究

摘    要:体育教师是学校体育工作的具体组织和实施者。学校体育工作成效在很大程度上取决于体育教师的智能结构。合理的智能结构,直接影响教学效果。我们才智力结构的理解和建立最佳智力结构等问题进行分析和研究,旨在为未来年轻一代体育教师,寻找一个合理完善而又为现代体育科学所要求的最佳智力结构模式。

Abstract:As P. E. teachers are the practical executors and organizers of school P. E. works, thesuccess of the school P. E. works if determined to a great extent by the intellectua1 facultiesstructuer of the P. E. teach.er.. Ang a reasonable intellectual facuIties structure directly affects the teaching effect. Our purpose in alalysing and studying the prablems of understanding and founding an optimum intellectual faculties stuctuer is to find an optimum imtellectualfaculties stucture is to find an optimim intellectual faculties structure both reasonable,perfectand meeting the needs of modern P. E. science pattern.
