小型风力发电机叶片静载实验研究

摘    要:采用柔性结构叶片的风力机可通过较好结构弹性和气动弹性以及较大的形变或位移,来减少叶片所要承受的刚性载荷.以300W风力发电机叶片为例,以采用柔性概念设计的新型叶片与原300W专用叶片进行静载实验对比.实验结果表明新型叶片的结构弹性高于专用叶片.这使得在高风速或遇阵风时采用新型叶片可以通过较大的位移有效减少风载荷对机组的冲击,提高机组的可靠性和安全性.

Abstract:The Wind Energy Turbine with flexible structure blades can reduce rigidity load which came from blades through the better structural elasticity and aeroelasticity,the more shape change or displacement.Take the contrast between the flexible structure blades and the special blades of 300W Wind Energy Turbine on static loading experiment.The Experiment results indicate that flexible structure blade's structural elasticity is better than special blades.This means that using the flexible structure blades can reduce wind load give an impact to Wind Energy Turbine and improve reliability and safety effectively through the more blade's displacement under the high wind or gust of wind.
