| 摘 要： | 以多刺裸腹蚤为动物筛选模型，从药效学方面研究了芦荟提取液对多剌裸腹蚤的生命活力和寿命的影响。试验结果表明：１％浓度的芦荟提取液使多刺裸腹蚤的体长增加至１．６２ｍｍ，产仔时间提前了４４．４％，繁殖代数为１１代，平均寿命延长了１９．８４％。充分显示出芦荟提取液对多刺裸腹蚤的生长发育、繁殖和寿命方面，都有较为明显的促进作用。

| Abstract: | Extracted liquid from Aloe vera effects on organisms' vitality and lifaspan have the been studied by using Moina macrocpa. Results show that 1% Aloe vera's extracted liquid can cause Moina macrocpa's body length increase by 1.62mm and pregnancy decrease by 44.4%. Moina macrocpa's generation number is 11 and life-span be prolonged 19.8%. Aloe vera's promoting effects on Moina macrocpa's development and reproduction as well as life-span have been proved obviously. |
