| 摘 要： | 中国共产党把“依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家“作为我国进行社会主义建设的一项战略方针和战略目标,这是一项巨大而复杂的系统工程.依法治国的实施涉及方方面面,对权力进行制约是现代各国实现依法治国的重要标志之一.目前,我国为了建立法治化的国家,正在努力探索着如何进行权力制约,通过什么方式、手段和途径进行制约,以建立起符合我国政治制度和权力结构的权力制约机制,企求最终实现国家的法治化.
