论学分制优势与大学生可持续发展能力培养

摘    要:21世纪是一个终身学习的学习型社会。相比于传统学年制,学分制在培养具有可持续发展能力人才上有明显优势。为了培养大学生可持续发展能力,高校如何推行并完善学分制,其途径主要有:一是调整修业年限,实行弹性学制;二是改进教学课程设置,开设通识课程;三是引入本科生导师制,有针对性地引导学生成才;四是确立教学质量监控体系,确保各类课程的教学质量;五是加快教学资源建设,提高资源利用效率,为大学生的可持续发展打下坚实的基础。
