| 摘 要： | 磁带物理特性的变化、录像机主导轴转速的稳定性都是产生时基误差的原因．通过改善录像机的伺服系统和增加时基校正器可使时基误差控制在最低范围，从而保证了电视录像的制作质量和重放质量．

| Abstract: | Both the changes of Physical property with type and the stability of the rotional speed with videocotder' s guiding axle result in the time - base error. However,it can be controlled within the minimum scope by improving the servo system of videocorder and increasing time-base correction apparatus. Therefore,the quality of both manufacture and replay of video recording is ensured. |
