| 摘 要： | 该文定义了引信域及其子域，并基于引信安全系统失效率是引信安全性在引信域上的概率测度的观点，证明了引信安全系统失效率ＦＴＡ估值的局部性，并给出引信安全系统失效率完整估值公式，为建立合理估计方法提供了基础。
