| 摘 要： | 《中国日报》(1900—1913)是中国社会发展到资产阶级民主革命时期的产物,是中国资产阶级革命派创办的第一份机关报,在中国报刊的发展历史中有着极为重要的地位。在资产阶级革命运动中,《中国日报》发挥了指导革命斗争、进行爱国宣传、抨击保皇思想、改革报刊形式等重要作用。
