肉苁蓉对负荷运动小鼠肝脏保护作用的探讨

摘    要:采用HE染色法、糖原染色法、聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,研究肉苁蓉对负荷运动小鼠肝组织、糖原及乳酸脱氢酶同工酶(LDH)活性的影响.结果显示负荷运动小鼠肝组织结构损伤严重,糖原减少、LDH5同工酶活性显著升高;服用肉苁蓉后负荷运动小鼠肝组织结构趋向正常,糖原丰富,LDH5同工酶活性明显下降.研究表明肉苁蓉可增加负荷运动小鼠肝糖原含量,降低LDH5同工酶活性,对肝脏具有保护作用.

Abstract:The activity of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and liver glycogen were detected by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and glycogen staining methods to investigate the effects of Cistanche deserticola Y.C.Ma on the structure of liver tissues,the activity of liver glycogen and lactate dehydrogenase in liver tissues of load motion mice.The results indicated that the injury of load motion on the structure of liver tissues was seriously,liver glycogen was reduced and the activity of LDH5 rose obviously in load motion control group.The structure of liver tissues of load motion group which dosed up with Cistanche deserticola Y.C Ma tended to normal,liver glycogen was abundance and LDH activity descended slightly.The results showed that Cistanche deserticola Y.C Ma can increase the content of liver glycogen,reduce the activity of LDH5,protect the function of livers in load motion mice.
