| 摘 要： | 当代社会,医患关系是人的社会关系中的一个重要方面,其中诊疗方案在很大程度上影响着医患关系的发展.而医生对诊疗方案的选择不仅有严格的专业标准上的适应症,还要受一些社会文化因素的影响,诸如,科学技术发展水平,医方的医疗水平,国家、地区的经济发展水平及个人的经济状况,医患双方的文化背景,医生的伦理道德,医患关系等都是影响诊疗方案的重要因素.

| Abstract: | Doctor-client relationship, an important aspect of human interactions in today's health care, is substantially influenced by diagnostic and treatment options. It is therefore essential that when decisions are made on such issues, the doctor should take into account not only strict clinical indication, but also social-cultural variables such as newly-developed scientific achievements, medical institutional expertise, national, regional and individual economic status, as well, the specific background and ethical morality of patients and health care professionals. |
