| 摘 要： | 积淀深厚的宁波乡土文化为改革开放后宁波开展农村文化建设奠定了良好的基础。党的十六大以来，科学发展观、和谐社会和社会主义新农村建设理论的提出，使宁波农村文化建设有了更科学合理的目标与要求，在政府与民间、城市与乡村共同努力下，宁波农村文化建设将取得长足的发展。

| Abstract: | In rural area of Ningbo, local culture is developed with rich traditions and long history, which lays a good foundation for rural culture construction when the reform and opening-up policy conducted 30 years ago. Since the theory about scientific development, harmonious society and constructing new countryside were put forward in the 16th CPC National Congress. Ningbo has more scientific and reasonable goals and demands in rural culture construction. Working together of the administration and society, urban and rural, considerable progress will be made in rural culture construction of Ningbo. |
