| 摘 要： | 综述了家鸡血清淀粉酶多态位点及遗传方式、基因型分布特征；并论述了淀粉酶多态性在家鸡育种中的应用进展：作为家鸡品质特性的遗传标记、早期选育的遗传指标以及标记辅助选择。 |

| Abstract: | s:The gene locus, genetic formation and genotype distribution feature of polymorphism of serum amylase in domestic chickens was summarized. Advancement on the application to breeding, which amylase polymorphism gene were acted as markers of breeds characters ,index of selecting and breeding early, marker-assisted selection, also were elaborated. |
