| Abstract: | The thesis presents that knowledge based economy has brought about great changes in the field of administration,which is characterised by the information oriented business administration,the flexibility of institutional structures and the obscrity of enterprises. Therefore, great importance should be attached to such features as business innovation and individual centred management in the knowledge based economy age, which calls for the innovation in administration. |
