| 摘 要： | 本文就一类自由职业者的就业问题,给出了就业最佳策略――(p,q)策略,并利用Markov链建立了N个阶段积累奖金额的模型,得到了12个阶段积累奖金的均值.然后利用Matlab软件对该问题进行了模拟,验证了理论求解的正确性。

| Abstract: | A optimal strategy,which called(p,q) strategy for a class of self-employed activities is presented in this paper.And then in the strategy,a model is built to count means of n stages accumulated salary by Markov Chain.Finally,the random process is imitated with numerical experiment by Matlab,which verified our results correctly. |
