| Abstract: | The construction of guarantee system of teaching quality is based on the principles of respecting teachers, the participation of the staffs, perfect administration, sticking to training models and objective, scientific, and disinterested principles. In respect of contents, this guarantee system is composed of 4 modules. They are the modules of teachers, administrators, teaching and research offices, and students. |
