喷钙脱硫吸着剂的制备对其宏观结构的影响

摘    要:对不同条件下制备的钙基吸着剂,测定了它们的比表面积、孔径及其分布,并分析其宏观结构的特点⒀研究发现, 常压水合及有添加剂的水合石灰煅烧后有较高的比表面积和很大的孔体积; 过烧后的生石灰比表面积和孔体积均大大减少⒀该研究结果指出了一个提高吸着剂活性的新方向

Abstract:Specific surface area and pore size distribution of calcium based sorbent prepared under different conditions are measured, and their macro structural characteristics analyzed. Study reveals that calcines of atmospheric hydrated lime and lime hydrated with the addition of additives have much higher specific surface area and much larger pore volume than over sintered lime. This provides a new way for improving the activity of calcium based sorbents.
