Comment on the Fu for Musical Dance in the Six Dynasties

With the further development of the art of musical dance in the Six Dynasties through cultural exchange between peoples,the art of musical dance was generally favoured by the upper ruling class,so its prosperity was greatly promoted. The fu for muscial dance of the Six Dynasties was characterized by various themes, substantial contents and diversified forms, which expressed the aesthetical connotation of musical dance vividly and embodied the deep understanding of the aesthetical characteristics of music, the free and lively musical thinking and brave challenge to the Confucian musical education. It produced striking cultural marks of the society of the Six Dynasties.
