| 摘 要： | 接入网是近年来我国电信技术界和运营业共同感兴趣的热门话题之一。本文从接稿多的概念出发，从电信管理网的角度对功能结构和信息结构进行一定的讨论，并着重对光接入网的网络管理系统进行了阐述。
