饲喂芦笋对小鼠实验性高脂血症的影响

摘    要:用高脂饲料饲喂昆明小鼠造成高脂血症,同时加喂定量的市售芦笋罐头制品,观察芦笋对动物实验性高脂血症的影响。结果表明芦笋可以抑制血脂及肝脂的上升、并对高脂血症动物有一定治疗作用。 对芦笋的营养成分分析说明它具有低糖—低脂肪—高纤维素的特点。还有丰富的微量元素和理想的微量元素谱。其蛋白质含量虽不高,但氨基酸组成比例适当。本文对芦笋降脂作用与微量元素的关系进行了讨论。

Abstract:By fedding heigh lipid foods to make mice experimental hyperchoiesterolemia Ku-ming mice of two groups for experiment. One group fed heigh lipid food, the other group fed heigh lipid food add asparagus spears and juice. After one month two groups mice were killed for determing lipohemia. Results indicating that fed asparagus spears and juice may inhibit both the mereses of serum choleterol and liver lipid.The mineral nutrients of asparagus spears were determined, it is suggested that micro-elements may be involved in decreasing lipohemia.
