| 摘 要： | 探讨了如何在食品工程高新技术的教学中充分利用现代教育技术手段，结合传统教学方法以多媒体课件进行播放和讲演，在教学中，教师应把握主导地位，发挥学生的主体性．结合本校实际对食品专业课程教学方法进行了一些新的尝试，收到了良好的效果．

| Abstract: | Modern teaching method such as multimedia teaching was mode the most of in the course of advanced technology of food engineering. The multimedia courseware combined with traditional fashion of teaching, were play and explained. By holding the leading status of teacher, exerting principal parts of students and practising some new attempt of teaching means, a right effect was received in the classroom. |
